Diversity action board
Would you like to promote diversity in your organisation? Are you bubbling over with ideas for a suitable campaign and would like to get started straight away? At the same time, are you afraid of losing the structure? Or you still have no idea what a suitable campaign for your organisation could look like? Whether you want to bring some order to your chaotic thoughts or are still in the process of collecting your first action ideas: That's what the Diversity Action Board is for. It offers plenty of space to brainstorm, take a close look at your own action idea and move forward with implementation - it is therefore an ideal tool that accompanies you from brainstorming to implementation and helps you to maintain a good overview at all times.
The Diversity Action Board is part of the Diversity Action Box, but can also be borrowed individually.

Structure and procedure:
You can fill out the board alone or in a team - once completely or step by step. Copy the template or simply use the sticky notes provided and attach them to the board. We recommend starting with the "Vision" and "Goals" fields and asking yourselves:
- Why do we want to address the topic of diversity?
- What goal do we want to pursue?
If you are planning an action as a team, use the board to discuss your idea and find a common direction. You can also clarify other important questions together:
- What resources can we draw on?
- What stumbling blocks might be in our way and how can we overcome them?
Once the board is largely completed, you have laid the foundation for your action planning. Keep referring back to the action board whenever you plan the next steps, get stuck or change your objectives.
