Nimble paws

The exercise is ideal as an energiser for in between or after a (long) break to 'wake up', as not only speed but also motor skills are stimulated.

60 blank cards - made from sturdy original playing cardboard with a varnished surface; blank / white on one side
Stopwatch if necessary

Set-up and procedure

The blank cards are laid out randomly in the centre between the participants. On the command "Go" or "Start", the participants should collect the cards as quickly as possible and place them in a pile. Whoever has the largest pile of cards at the end is the winner. Depending on the difficulty level, a time limit can also be set by a "referee".
