Structure and procedure:

The participants sit down in a circle of chairs. The facilitator shuffles the dialogue cards*. A card is then drawn and the dialogue between the participants can begin.

*Note: For reasons of sustainability, the cards are printed on both sides and laminated! So please turn the cards over.
