Weight/sand bag
A total of seven weight bags can be borrowed from the Laboratory for Didactics and Methods. Weight bags are versatile materials that enable a variety of exercises and activities to fund motor skills, hand-eye coordination and teamwork. For example, they are perfect for throwing and catching exercises and offer an ideal opportunity to learn and practise throwing, catching and balancing. Due to their loose filling, the bags are easier to catch than balls, which makes them ideal for younger children in particular. This feature enables children to learn basic motor skills safely and playfully.

- Co-operative games: Participants work together to overcome various challenges, such as overcoming an obstacle course or reaching a goal by throwing and catching the bags together.
