Reflection card set with empowering phrases for unprecedented times
The small do-it-yourself resource card set INNEN-LEBEN consists of 40 INNEN cards and 40 LEBEN cards which, when combined, produce up to 1,600 empowering and clarifying sentences. These sentences can be used to formulate specific solution strategies for individual problems. All sentences are orientated towards the basic human needs for security, autonomy, relationships and self-esteem. The INNEN-LEBEN sentences therefore serve both as crisis prevention and crisis intervention - practical and simple.

The card set consists of two types of cards:
- INNER cards: 40 cards with empowering sentences that address inner needs.
- LIFE cards: 40 cards with sentences that relate to outer life.
