Rail slider Team game for coaching, seminars and school

Schienengleiter is an active team exercise that brings team members together in several small groups to achieve a common goal. The team is confronted with a challenging task: A ball must be transported. Each team member is given a piece of "track" to accompany the ball on its journey. What is particularly important here is communication at the interfaces! Planning and coordination must be perfectly harmonised in order to achieve the goal. Through the active and action-packed process, participants not only learn how important precise communication is, but also how important it is to solve a task together as a team and continuously optimise processes. The exercise can also be adapted so that the approach is either fast and dynamic or more strategic and considered. The exercise is suitable for promoting teamwork as well as for working on leadership skills and improving stress management in challenging situations.
