Catching while sitting Who is faster?
This action-packed seated exercise is a great way to start the seminar or to loosen up after a break. The aim is to pass on two things as quickly as possible so as not to get both at once.
Number of participants
Minimum: 5
Optimum: 12
Maximum: 16
Duration
10-15 minutes
Place
Seminar room, with at least 3 x 5 metres of free space for movement
Set-up and procedure
The group sits closely together in a circle (on chairs or cross-legged) so that there are no large gaps between the participants. It is ideal if the participants already know each other.
The objects start in two different places in the circle. The players pass them on to a neighbour or place them in their lap. The objects can change direction at any time. However, anyone who has both items at once is eliminated and the circle becomes smaller. The exercise is over when there are only two participants left.
